We take every precautionary measure possible to make sure your information is secure. By no means will Fidelity Assets share any personal information about you with any person or organization except: as authorized by you via your voluntary completion of the Fidelity Assets form which will be provided to our preferred real estate agents and/or lenders to assist you in becoming pre-qualified, or as may be required by law or court order.

By voluntarily completing and submitting any form on or within the Fidelity Assets website, you are authorizing a member of our preferred lender network to contact you via phone and/or e-mail, regardless of any Do Not Call lists that your number may be registered under at the National or State levels.

1. Who We Are: Fidelity Assets is an online marketing company that helps match home buyers/sellers with real estate agents. Our clients are made up of the best real estate agents in their communities. Many of our participating real estate agents are nationally recognized as being the best in their business. We hold our agents to high standards of excellence. We also work with lenders throughout the United States to assist you in your new home loan needs. Each agent makes a pledge to serve their clients with the utmost respect, care and ethics.
   
   
2. We strive to serve our clients by utilizing technologies latest advancements in our efforts to help you find your new home and to sell your current one.
   Information that we collect: The Fidelity Assets website is designed to match home buyers/sellers with real estate agents, and to help home buyers get the best loan rates from our mortgage lender partners. In order to properly accomplish our purpose, we must collect several items of your personal information.

3. Contact Information: If we are to accurately match you up with our preferred real estate agents and/or lenders, we must know who you are.

4. Financial Information: Your pre-qualification amount is directly related to the financial information you provide to us on our website. To give you an accurate pre-qualification, you must provide us with accurate financial information. Including annual household income, monthly debt amount, down payment amount & your credit score if known. This information is extremely important for both of us to know your true prequalification amount.
5. How your information is used: Fidelity Assets uses the information you provide to us to process your prequalification application and to match you up with our preferred real estate agents and/or lenders who will assist you in getting your loan, and to help you find information about the real estate market. We do not provide your information to any third parties outside of our real estate agent or lender network. We believe your information is private and will remain private as long as it is in our hands.

6. Limitations on Sharing: We are sharing your information with a limited number of real estate agents and/or lenders. No more than 1 real estate agent and 3 different lenders will receive your information to help you with your loan request. These real estate agents and/or lenders will likely be contacting you to verify your home searching needs, income, debt, down payment and credit information to get you pre-approved for your next loan. They will be well suited to give you rates and assist you in any of your home loan needs.
