What is My Client Builder?
My Client Builder is a custom built publishing platform, or blog, that is designed to help you, the real estate professional, grow your sphere of influence by communicating with home buyers and sellers who are actively searching for real estate on the Internet. When a home buyer or seller arrives on your blog from any of the traffic sources discussed below, lead capture forms and an email subscription form help you capture more leads so you can effectively and efficiently build your online community. My Client Builder is available free at www.fidelityassets.com.

Showcase your listings online
In addition to publishing local announcements, you can showcase your listings by uploading pictures and listing information.

Build your sales pipeline by communicating with more prospects
When a home buyer or seller visits your blog, they are encouraged to
enter their contact information, which is then added to your built-in
email list manager.

Send your prospects valuable, up to date information on a daily basis
Each time you update your blog, an alert is sent to all subscribers
with a link to the new post, helping you to generate repeat traffic.

Syndicate your listings to hundreds of websites
My Client Builder is a marketing platform from which we launch
your listings to numerous other real estate search and content sites
around the web. When homebuyers and sellers search for real estate on
our partner sites, such as Trulia, Oodle, Google Base
®, and others, your
listings will appear (if they match the search criteria), and when the
user clicks on your listing, they will be delivered back to your blog.
This generates free organic traffic for you, and provides maximum
exposure for your property listings - currently for FREE!
Furthermore, your blog on
My Client Builder is automatically updated daily with at least 5 real estate news articles focused on the American home buyer and seller.
In addition to all of the free features built into
My Client Builder,
you can step up your marketing efforts by subscribing to Fidelity
Assets' Traffic Sender service, a customized pay-per-click marketing
service. With Traffic Sender, Fidelity Assets builds a customized
marketing campaign on the major search engines, which guarantees a
pre-determined number of visitors to
My Client Builder. Combining
My Client Builder and Traffic Sender is the most efficient and effective way to generate new leads and build your business online.
